A new BBC documentary features UN ambassadors recounting the moment they learned of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. This revelation came during an emergency UN Security Council meeting aimed at preventing such a conflict escalation. Vasily Nebenzya, Russia’s ambassador to the UN, admits he was taken by surprise.
