A significant fire has erupted in a four-storey building in Liverpool, leading to the evacuation of surrounding properties. The Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service has warned that the building is at risk of collapsing. Twelve fire engines hurried to the scene on Fox Street in the city centre after the fire started around 14:20 GMT.
